Access belongs inside the agenda

Face the group, reduce competing noise, speak in turns and pair speech with a concise visual summary.

Use contrast, large type, uncluttered layouts and verbal descriptions of essential visual material.

Keep paths wide, seats stable, breaks available and participation possible without standing.

Allow processing time, return to questions later and never treat speed as competence or consent.

Prefer plain words, explain unfamiliar terms and check meaning without putting someone on the spot.

Offer multiple ways to participate and make opting out an acceptable choice.
